MacOS App Beta Feedback

sometimes after a session ends, i forget to turn off Hedy. it would be helpful if the glasses icon in the Menu Bar/Tray at the top of the screen could change to something more eye-catching during an active session. (for example, the blue Zoom icon is way too eye-catching haha.) maybe it could change to a green square with rounded corners with white eyeglasses in the foreground, since that would mimic the "Session Active" button that currently appears in the Mac app today (but a brighter more visible green, not dark green)? this is somewhat related to https://hedy.canny.io/feature-requests/p/awareness-of-meeting-status-and-session-transitions added later: i paused Hedy since the phone call was put on hold. when the person came onto the call, i forgot to unpause Hedy and ended up not recording any of the material discussions. it would be helpful if the Menu Bar/Tray Icon could be changed to something eye-catching and different while a session is paused. one idea would be to change the proposed green square to be terra cotta instead, and maybe even have it flash on and off slowly.

I know this has already been mentioned but I do have back-to-back meetings and I can't start recording the next meeting until way in as the processing takes a while. So, I'm losing valuable insights. For me it's primarily on the desktop but I can imagine that for others mobile is more important. So, both would be great 😉 I don't think recording one session on the desktop and then the next on the phone as previously suggested is a great solution

during a meeting, sometimes i want to watch the transcript to see what is being said. at other times, i want to use the Live Chat to submit questions or prompts to Hedy. currently, i have to switch from Chat to Sessions, click on the current session, and click on Transcript. then to switch back, i can't just click on Chat at the top since that is only for post-session chats. instead, i have to click on Chat on the left. somehow i feel like it would be more intuitive for the live chat to be accessible from the Chat tab at the top. another idea would be to let me see both at the same time - the Live Chat on the left half of the screen and Transcript on the right half of the screen.

First this is great you did an amazing job. Is there a way hedy could do her thing while using bluetooth headphones?

In either a new Chat area, or using an input / setting, the ability to ask questions to Hedy on how to find or use a feature would be helpful. For example, after I recorded my first session, it wasn't obvious that I was to go to Sessions and then click the session I just had to see the Details, Chat and Transcript. I found it accidentially by going to every possible place in the UX. When I asked Hedy where the real-time transcript was, it was trying to answer the question related to my session instead.

I created a shortcut which i use to create a summary as per my requirements. I cannot use it on the MacBook Beta version of the app or web browser, but can on iPad app.
