Looking at the data on our end, it looks like the graphics rendering on your Windows machine has been gradually having issues over the past few months, and has now reached a point where the app can't display anything at all. The app itself is actually running (we can see it connecting to our servers), but the part that draws the interface on screen is failing.
This is almost always caused by a GPU driver issue. A few questions:
- What GPU does your computer have? (Task Manager > Performance > GPU)
- What version of Windows are you running? (Settings > System > About)
- Have you noticed any other apps having display issues recently?
The most likely fix: go directly to your GPU manufacturer's website (Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD) and download the latest driver. Windows Update often installs older drivers, so getting it directly from the manufacturer usually resolves this. If you're not sure which GPU you have, the Task Manager info will tell us.
