Today, I ran a 43 min session, same as I always do but after the session I was told there is no transcript. When I ask Hedy what the meeting was about, it just hallucinates. The summary it gives me is basically made up with bits from the context I provided at the start.

I am on a Mac and on the large speech recognition model. I do not save system audio.
