provide a way to generate To-Do's when session hangs or is killed

when i clicked to End a session, somehow Hedy hung. after it sat there for 3 hrs, i finally killed it. when i reopened Hedy, i was pleased to see that my session had been saved, and that i could click a button to generate the summary, and another button to generate the detailed notes. there were no to-do's, however. is the button to generate to-do's inadvertently missing, or are they supposed to be generated along with the detailed summary?

today i experienced another incident of Hedy hanging. after i killed and restarted it, i clicked the orange button to generate the summary. then i clicked the circular arrow to generate the to-dos. it said there were none, which i felt was wrong/a bug? then i clicked the orange button to generate the detailed notes. after those were done, i went back to click again on the circular arrow to generate the to-dos. this time, it produced 3 to-dos.
question: does generating the to-do's depend on the detailed notes already being generated? if so, it would be a better UX to prevent people from trying to generate the to-do's until the detailed notes already have been generated (in case it makes them think there are no to-do's)
suggestion: it would be more understandable for the end-user if similar UI elements were used across all 3, rather than orange buttons for 2 and a circular arrow for another, which seems arbitrary

Fixed in v2.4.3. New button to regenerate to-dos is now available.

Good catch! We need to add that.
