Automatic Meeting Detection (v3.8)

Hedy notices when a call starts and offers to sit in.

Works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, plus FaceTime on Mac.
When one of them starts using your microphone, Hedy offers to start a session, capturing from the beginning of the call.
Detection runs entirely on your device. Hedy watches which app is holding the microphone, never what is said.

Where to find it:

Settings, then Automation & Data, then Meeting app detection, then Auto-detect video calls. It is on by default, and you can choose exactly which apps Hedy watches.

Why you would want it:

the start of a call is exactly when you are least likely to remember to start a session yourself. This closes that gap without you thinking about it.
