Cantonese Language Support (v2.0.4)

Cantonese is now available as a session language on all platforms.

In our testing the normal model on iOS/Android would sometimes transcribe Cantonese conversations in Traditional Chinese, so we recommend running the large model if possible. On MacOS, either model will correctly transcribe Cantonese.
