Chat Reliability (v3.7.1)

Your typed chat message can no longer vanish silently: the editor clears only once the message is safely in the conversation, and send failures now show an error instead of eating your draft.
On phones, switching directly between two sessions no longer carries the previous session's chat state into the next one.
When the primary AI provider stalls, chat now switches to the backup provider within 30 seconds instead of hanging.
