Clearer, Safer Account Deletion (v3.7.1)

Before you start deletion, the Danger Zone now states exactly what happens: your account and your content are deleted, while billing and license records we are legally required to keep are retained, as described in our privacy policy.
Added a safeguard ensuring deletion only ever runs against the account that requested it, even if you re-authenticate mid-flow.
