Cloud AI Analysis Privacy Control (v2.13.2)

Added a switch to completely disable cloud AI analysis. When enabled, all processing stays entirely on your device, providing enhanced privacy for sensitive conversations. Note that for Hedy's main functionality to work, you do have to have cloud AI analysis enabled. This option is useful for users who only need a transcript of their conversations.
