Copy link to session (v2.2.0)

You can now find a private link to any of your sessions in the ⋮ session menu, via "Copy link to session".

This link will open the session:

On a desktop in will open your session in the browser (requires Cloud Sync to be enabled and you need to be logged in on the web app)
iOS: will open the session in your Hedy app
Android: still in development, but will soon also open the session in your Hedy app
