Faster, More Reliable Nemotron Sessions (v3.7)

Healthy Nemotron sessions now skip a redundant final transcription pass and finish sooner.

Sessions that ran cleanly keep their live transcript instead of re-transcribing everything at the end
Fixes a case where the next session could fail to start after a Nemotron session
Long sessions are more stable, and the diarizer is no longer killed mid-finalize

Nemotron runs on Windows and 64-bit Android devices.
