GPU Acceleration for speech recognition (v2.0.4)

Speech recognition is now handled by the GPU using Metal on Apple devices. In our tests this improves speech recognition speed and efficiency by about 200%, conserving battery and improving responsiveness.

One restriction is that GPU processing can only happen when the app is in the foreground, so when the app is in the background the app falls back to CPU processing.
