Improved Offline Operations (v2.0.4)

While Hedy is built to process audio locally, it does rely on online connectivity to validate account/license status and load configuration data. This could sometimes lead the app to hang while loading or starting/ending sessions.

In this version we optimized these critical points in the app lifecycle to run more reliably if there is no or slow internet connectivity. Any data that needs to be stored online (in particular cloud sync sessions) is cached on the device and synced the next time the device is online.
