More Reliable Sessions and Sync (v3.14)

Importing a file and completing a session's processing keep going on networks that block parts of Hedy's cloud service.
Transcript edits you make while speaker labels are still being worked out are kept, and exports use the speaker names you set.
Session audio is handled more carefully around pauses, recoveries and deletes.
Chat stays where you are reading while a longer answer streams in.
Sharing a session that has no transcript yet tells you why.
Session dates can go back to 2010, for older audio you import.
On Windows, turning "Use Windows default communication device" on or off during a live session takes effect right away, and if system audio can't start, the session keeps capturing your microphone.
