Run Hedy on Windows Without a GPU (v3.6)

Hedy can now run fully on the CPU on Windows, with no GPU or Vulkan required.

Why you'd want it:

Your PC has no dedicated GPU, or older/unsupported graphics drivers
You were hitting GPU-related crashes, freezes, or VRAM errors
You'd rather keep the GPU free for other work

How to switch: open Settings -> Privacy & System and turn off GPU Acceleration (CPU only mode, takes effect from your next session). Settings screens are also freeze-proof on these setups.
