Sales Meeting: Your Live Coach for Sales Calls (v3.6)
Pick the new Sales Meeting session type when you start, and Hedy coaches you in the moment, then writes the whole conversation up afterward. It's built for the person doing the selling, and works from your live session plus whatever context you give it. New users can also choose 'Sales calls' during onboarding.
During the call, Hedy helps you:
- Run sharper discovery and find the right next question to ask
- Handle objections in the moment, acknowledging the concern before you respond
- Answer pricing and competitor questions with confidence
- Catch buying signals and lock a clear, dated next step before you wrap up
Tap a quick prompt any time, for discovery, pricing, an objection, positioning against a competitor, or setting up the next step. Hedy also offers the occasional gentle nudge, like when an objection went unaddressed or you've been talking a while without asking a question.
After the session you get:
- A summary with what the prospect needs, objections raised, competitors named, and the agreed next step
- Detailed notes with a qualification checklist, a quick call scorecard, and a ready-to-send follow-up email draft
- Trends across a deal when you group calls under a topic, like recurring objections and what's still unconfirmed
Under the hood it's grounded in real selling craft: SPIN to sequence discovery, MEDDIC to track what's still to qualify, and listen-acknowledge-explore-respond for objections. You never need to know any of these by name.
Tip: for the sharpest coaching, add what you sell, who you're meeting, and your goal for the call in the session context before you start. It's your private coach, no CRM and no team dashboard.
