- Tap the green Hedy icon during any active session
- Select "Pause Session" from the confirmation dialog
- The Hedy icon now displays a pause symbol
- Session state and context are preserved
- Resume exactly where you left off when ready
Perfect for lunch breaks, interruptions, or multi-part meetings
This feature is available for all session types.
