Speaker-Aware Transcript Cleanup (v3.8)

Transcript cleanup now understands who is speaking.

Speaker labels are carried through cleanup intact, so a tidied transcript still tells you who said what.
Long conversations are divided at speaker changes rather than part-way through a sentence, which keeps quotes and turns whole.
Cleanup has more room to work, so longer transcripts finish in a single pass.
