Topic Management Reliability (v3.2)
Several fixes to make topics more reliable:
- Deleting a topic now closes cleanly and no longer shows a false success message if deletion fails.
- Prevented duplicate topics from appearing after creating a new one.
- Sessions stay attached to their topics after restarting the app.
