Transcript Cleanup Runs in the Background (v3.11)

in the cleanup dialog and keep using Hedy while it works. A status on the session reopens the progress.
Cleaned transcripts keep who said what, with the speaker names you assigned, and the dialog shows progress with a Cancel that stops right away. Windows and Android got this in 3.10.2; it now comes to Mac, iPhone and iPad.
