Julian Pscheid Hi yes for example, some of the other recording AI notetaker apps I use allow custom note templates. Because not all meetings or recordings are the same (sales, technical discussions, lectures, etc). I know Hedy allows us to choose "Session Type" and also allow "Custom Quick Prompts" for the session Chat. But I would prefer if we could create custom prompts for notes so under the "Detail" section of each session, it would provide the detailed notes in the way we specifically want. I sometimes use different note template prompts for organizing in different sections and headers, or focusing more on action items, or in a specific tone, etc.

How would you envision setting which template to use? Would you want to link it to the session type, or be able to set it on a meeeting-by-meeting basis?

Julian Pscheid I was thinking it would make most sense to be able to select the template to generate AFTER the full recording of each meeting. So after recording is complete, we can see the default Summary. And then maybe when choosing "Detailed Notes", we can select one of the saved note templates. And if we want to switch to a different template, allow to regenerate the "Detailed Notes" in a different template etc
