Title: Introduce context buckets within personalization settings

Description:

In the personalization area within settings, users can currently create and manage single contexts. As the number of contexts grows, this becomes harder to organize and scale.

Introducing context buckets would allow users to group multiple contexts under higher level structures such as projects, topics, or departments. This would significantly improve manageability and streamline how contexts are applied during recordings.

Suggested behavior:

1️⃣ Allow users to create context buckets directly in the personalization settings where contexts are currently managed

2️⃣ Enable assigning multiple existing contexts to a bucket

3️⃣ Allow selecting an entire bucket when starting a recording, instead of choosing each context individually

4️⃣ Support combining bucket selection with individual context selection for maximum flexibility

5️⃣ Improve filtering and navigation of contexts and recordings through these groupings
