Defer processing to a more convenient time

When I record a meeting, I cannot record the next back-to-back meeting because Hedy takes a long time to process the first one. I end up missing important information.
I would like to use the Large Model for a better quality transcript, and that understandably takes even longer to process. I also don't want my phone's battery to be drained, as I won't have time to charge it as I move from meeting to meeting.
Maybe processing can start when I plug into a charger, and pause when I go off charge? Maybe it can be scheduled for overnight?
Perhaps Hedy's biggest constraint is the processing power on the device. If processing can be deferred, additional opportunities may become available:
- There is less pressure for (near) real-time results. Some features can be synchronous and others can be asynchronous.
- It can work on slower devices.
- Advanced features can be added, to be executed asynchronously.

While not exactly "defer to later", we did add a "Slower" transcript option which reduces the amount of energy needed by 50%+. Between that and the ability to record the audio elsewhere and import it later, I think we have a few options available.

Julian Pscheid if I slow it down and it takes even longer to process the session, that makes my ability to record back-to-back sessions significantly worse. I could use another app to record and import later, but that's an awkward user experience and it sets the metadata of the session to the date and time of import, rather than the time of recording.

Sridhar Good question. "Slower" doesn't actually slow down transcription, it just reduces the frequency to once ever ~30 seconds. This reduces the chances that a transcription "backlog" builds up which requires some time to process after the session is completed.
This all heavily depends on the device though, and we're looking for solutions that apply across all devices.

Workaround:
Use a separate app for recording and import into Hedy later.
