Include Key Personal Details to Support Relationship-Building

I’ve noticed that Hedy’s summaries currently filter out small talk which makes sense for clarity and focus. However, I believe there's untapped value in capturing meaningful personal moments that can strengthen relationships over time.
Often, these brief exchanges like someone mentioning they enjoy traveling, have a newborn, or are training for a marathon may not be “action items,” but they’re powerful cues for building rapport, trust, and continuity across meetings.
-- Feature Suggestion:
Introduce a section in the session summary or pre-meeting briefing that highlights “Personal Mentions” or “Relationship Cues”: concise, context-aware reminders of personal interests, life events, or shared moments from previous meetings.
Example:
“Ben mentioned he enjoys hiking in the Alps.”
“Maya recently moved to Berlin.”
“Team celebrated Alex’s promotion.”
These notes could optionally be flagged by the user during or after the meeting or auto-surfaced if said with emotional emphasis or in early/final minutes (where rapport-building talk often happens).
By surfacing this kind of human context, Hedy goes beyond being a productivity tool. It becomes a relationship intelligence assistant, helping users show up not just prepared, but personally attuned which is especially valuable in sales, consulting, management, and remote collaboration.
This would elevate Hedy from simply “tracking key points” to enabling confident, empathetic communication. A true meeting coach, not just a note-taker.

Thanks for the suggestion! Which session types do you think this would apply to?
