Why: Professionals need real-time assistance during client calls and screen shares—but revealing the tool undermines trust.
The gap: I can hide the window, but then I lose live updates. Cluely solved this with "Undetectable" mode: the tool works in real-time for me, but stays invisible to people viewing my screen.
The outcome: This isn't asking for hidden features. It's asking for visibility control so I can use Heady confidently during client interactions instead of only between calls.
Proven precedent: I used Cluely for 9 months largely because of this feature. It works.

I also would love this feature. I was actually using Cluely in conjunction with Hedy but would much prefer Hedy. In the comment above, clients and customers already know that you're using AI to augment your service but seeing a window that has the AI still signals the client that they might not be as smart or as reliable but it's literally just a meeting note taker to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks and improves the service overall
