Hi Joe, we tracked this down. On Android, Hedy adds the speaker names in the background after a session ends, and on longer meetings Android was limiting that background work, so it often didn't finish. The next release includes a fix that makes that step more reliable.

Thanks for posting this. I checked the diagnostics from your recent Android sessions, and you're right, most of them finished without speaker names, even though you're on the right transcription setting for them.

It happens most on longer sessions. On Android the speaker names get added after the session ends, and for meetings of an hour or more that step is slow and often doesn't finish, so the transcript is saved without names. We're looking at how to make it more reliable for longer sessions.
