Create a chat area for asking "how to" Hedy questions, separate from chatting about a session.

In either a new Chat area, or using an input / setting, the ability to ask questions to Hedy on how to find or use a feature would be helpful. For example, after I recorded my first session, it wasn't obvious that I was to go to Sessions and then click the session I just had to see the Details, Chat and Transcript. I found it accidentially by going to every possible place in the UX. When I asked Hedy where the real-time transcript was, it was trying to answer the question related to my session instead.

Thanks, Amanda Burma! We are trying to figure out how to add our support chatbot in the MacOS app. It's already available in the mobile apps, but not currently supported in the mac app. We hope to add it soon!
