When beginning a chat with any of my sessions, Hedy locks up and crashes.

To support users who are in back-to-back meetings, can we implement this functionality from V 2.4.1? Most days, I have to bounce between Windows, the Web, or the phone when moving from one meeting to the next while Windows finishes processing the previous meetings. Additionally, I have had a couple of occasions where Windows appears to get stuck processing, and I have to end the application via Task Manager to start a new session. All the information from the previous session is intact when I restart the application.

I know it is a beta, but it is not recognizing that I am Pro already.

When closing Hedy using the “X” window button, the app shuts down entirely. It would be more user-friendly if it stayed active in the system tray. Minimizing to tray helps users keep Hedy ready in the background, especially important during the workday. It avoids accidental closures and aligns with expected behaviour for productivity tools.

A suggestion...It would be nice if all current sessions and Topics which are on my iPad were also on my Windows computer.

I just transcribed a job interview with the windows version of Hedy. It was my first time using the job interview context, it's great. Unfortunately the transcript isn't complete, it covers maybe 75% of the call, even though the entry shows the duration correctly. Too bad there's no audio recording on windows.

initial testing of recording live conversation and interacting in the live chat, looking at the transcript or session details, were all successful. Then tested a YouTube link to see how it would go with transcribing prerecorded audio and received an error message - couldn't determine the length of the audio. Using Windows 11.

Steps to Reproduce: Open Hedy Click Start Session (not during a real meeting) Wait 1–2 seconds Click Stop Session immediately Expected Result: The session should stop cleanly and return to the default interface (or dashboard). Actual Result: The interface gets stuck nothing loads or changes. See attached screenshot.

The small processing windows that opens when clicking the end session disappears if you click on another window. It still processes and finishes, but that progress windows disappearing makes it look like it failed when it is working in the background and does finish eventually.

The Windows app allows me to initiate a recording but it doesn't upload the recordings or display transcripts. It does synchronize and display session that were recorded from my phone when I refresh the results.
