App only picked up audio from my Mic and not audio from the other participants on the MS Team call.

Julian Pscheid I tested the AudioFix version, but it didn’t work.
Test details:
- Started an MS Teams call using:
- Shokz OpenComm2 for both speaker and mic in Teams
- System default output set to Edifier Bluetooth speakers
Results:
- Hedy captured my voice from the Shokz mic but didn’t detect any audio from other participants.
- Changing the system output to Shokz didn’t fix the issue.

Thanks, Desmond Lee for giving it a try and the detailed feedback! We'll see how else we can resolve this.

When I encountered the issue, my setup was as follows:
• OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.26200, Build 26200)
• Teams version: 25255.703.3978.7153
• Audio devices: DELL PRO STEREO HEADSET UC150 (selected for both speaker and microphone)
I’ll test the AudioFix version next. Thanks for following up.

Desmond Lee Thanks for tracking that down! We thought it might have to do with a custom audio setting in the app, so we updated the audio detection to account for that. If you have a moment, could you try replicating the previous issue with this version of the app to see if it works better?

Hey Julian, appreciate the quick reply! Turns out the issue was that MS Teams' speaker was set to my headphones, but my system’s default output was different. Once I set both to my headphones, it worked perfectly.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately we cannot replicate this issue on our end in MS Teams. Could you share if there's anything specific about your system setup, such as external mics in use, or something else that might affect things?
