Hedy Win11 starts with a blank screen

Installed, deleted, restarted the app several times after installation. 
Failure remains as follows:
The app opens on the laptop with a white screen and closes after a few seconds.
It is not visible in TaskManager, so nothing to close
What else can I do

Hi Nicole, thank you for this feedback. I believe that we have solved this in the latest version. Could you make sure that you are using version 2.11.2, here's the download link:
